Each apparatus offers a whole new world of movement that isn't possible without that piece of equipment! Primarily a recreational studio teaching classes, camps, & after school programs for recreational purposes and benefits, our instructors also prepare students for exciting careers in the up and coming field of Aerial Dance and Aerial Dance Performance. Like any sport, we start easy. And low. As strength and skills build, we move to higher levels of difficulty and challenge. Every person learns at their own pace. A New Way to Dance! Aerial Dance & Feel Good! Activity is the surest way to improve how we feel. It puts us in a better state physically and mentally to accomplish our goals as well as those daunting tasks and difficult situations we all have to deal with - the resistance and challenges that are a part of life itself for all beings. Activity is a gift and a tool that helps us move through that resistance to become productive and creative. A big reason I was inspired to bring Aerial Dance to the people of the Denver area is that I felt so good every time I did it!
